Normal Business hours for Rover Restorations is 9:00am - 5:00pm 

Rovers WEB CAM will be activated during this time...

NOTE:  WEB Cam activation time are prone to unshedualed changes due to unpredictable hardware failers or because I for got to turn on the cam....
