First of all, what is 411?

   411 is a fancy name for 'help'.  This is the fad in the Web World, and 411 sound modern and hi-tech, so web designers and programmers use this to get your attention.  

    We at Rover Restorations used this call sign, simply because it fit the design layout of our Web Page, felling that it enhanced the background picture.
